Introduction of T.V Advertising
Explain what TV advertising is?
A T.V Advertising is to show humans in television of various products or commercials, to persuade and entertain the humans.
Three different contemporary TV adverts and list three key characteristic of them:
1. repetition
2. persuading
3. promotion
An advert of a website called webuyanycar.com.it contains people singing we buy any car continuously and showing different cars with people standing and popping out of cars and dancing to entertain the viewers. however it is to sell cars online.
How many adverts is it estimated that the average American consumes every day?
it is estimated that, 3,000 adverts each day are shown.
Where do you see adverts?
you see adverts on busses, TVs, Floors, supermarkets, shelves at the convenient store, telephone booth, blimp bags and many more.
What is the second most uttered word in the world?
Coca Cola
Sometimes advertisers use a character or a personality to help sell a product, why is this successful?
its because the right advertising can make even controversial products hugely successful.
Does advertising always work? Give an example?
Advertising budgets are long but will not overcome a bad marketing decision, but sometimes the product misses the market. one of the biggest product failure, which was Edsel.
What is research an important phase of making a TV advert?
it started in USA at 1932 by Goerge Galop who used imperical marketing, advertising its fashionably based, it goes beyond on tuition. Galop and his researchers then created a science of persuasion by testing their consumers that which are most likely to open there wallets.
What does research show are effective methods of advertising?
it shows color prints ads, short consist headlines most likely to be red, repetition was the key to success.
How do adverts stop us from turning over?
spending more time at computer screens and less on TV screens. its going to drain advertising out of television on to the computer screen because thats where people are. you have to have the power to make people buy the product advertised which doesn't really work.
How do adverts stop us from turning over?
to pay people to watch adverts. from irritating to paying to engage on advertising.

Evaluation of my video profile
The aspects of my video I’m more proud of are the sound editing, which were effective. I was clear with my voice and had a great choice of music, which created tense at the start of my video. At the last scene I moved around the college and did a voice over at one stage, that showed my experiment with my video when I edited which was really good. Also the camera shots were very creative by showing various camera shots and angles by capturing great shots for my video. However, I was mostly proud of not being shy in front of the camera and had good location choice for using the background as my advantage of the scene. Also I used the montage of still images in an effective way by talking over whilst the images are changing and used various effects on texts for each scene to begin. Moreover I was proud to make use of my colleagues at the scene rather than just showing myself throughout my video.
But there were aspects of my video I think I could have improved which are, some of the scene that was too fast, which made it difficult to focus at the scenes. The audio volume of my voice wasn’t loud enough in some point in the scene. Besides I had noise in the background while I was talking because of the places I chose were noisy and gave difficulties to listen to my voice. There were scenes that were straightforward and decent to watch by not putting much effort to look intriguing to watch. There was also a scene which wasn’t clear enough to see because of the sun reacting to the cam recorder.
On the other hand, I would improve these aspects by slowing the scenes down by recording for few seconds more or add more video effects for each scene to change smoothly, plus I could talk slower to make the scene last longer for the viewers to be focused at the scene. I would have to talk more loudly for the audio volume to be loud enough and to form it at the same level. The location would be required to change because of the noise interrupting at the background or I could edit the sound out that interrupts. Also I would put more effort whilst recording on some of the scenes, to have more creativity and ideas or to show and be physical whilst recording myself to have attractive scenes for the viewers. I should take different angles of shots if the shots are not clear enough to see.

Copyright; Legal and Ethical
Copyright refers to laws that regulate the use of the work of a creator, such as an artist or author. This includes copying, distributing, altering and displaying creative, literary and other types of work.
For a copyright to apply to a work, it must be an original idea that is put to use. The idea alone cannot be protected by copyright. It is the physical use of that idea, such as an illustration or a written novel, that is covered under copyright law.
Three examples of different things which you might include in your video and could be subject to copyright:
Music
images
videos
Two webites that give free copyright music:

what a location release form and why is it needed for filming:
You need permissions to shoot anywhere that isn’t either a) the street or b) a property you own yourself. If you want to shoot on the tube, in a hospital, in a club or bar etc remember to leave enough time for your filming request to be processed. These sorts of locations will ask that you put up signs to say that you are filming and that you get release forms for people who appear in shot. You should keep a signed letter of agreement from any location you film in. What a contributor release form and why is it required:
A contributer release form is for anyone that has the skill or talent to join a part of a film such as, an actor, editor, camera operator and many more. this is done by signing the contributor release form to join however, if its not signed then the person would not be able to take part.
